A Eunice, LA man was arrested after he was accused of killing an 19 month old girl.
The St. Landry Sheriff's Office says Robert Henry Miller III hurt the little girl to the point she became unresponsive.
Deputies initially responded to a 911 call that a child was unresponsive at a home in Eunice.
According to reports, the responding deputy noted numerous bruises on the girl's face, head and body.? The toddler was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The girl was the daughter of Miller's girlfriend.
Miller is in St. Landry Jail with no bond.
